Take time for yourself, to express your emotions through art, warming your body with herbal tea and your mind with artistic explorations. Let your heart and hands speak in a supportive art therapy workshop using visual arts. Diane, aka Art&Miss, will be there to guide you, but each person will create their own unique path, their own sensitivity, and their own truth.
